Ensure adherence of Account count and Call Capacity and alignment with specialty wise product matrix provided by Marketing teams.
STEP 6
Creation of Surveys, follow ups of filling up, downloading of Reports and flash results.
STEP 7
Inventory Monitoring for Secondary Sales.

through a PBI dashboard which helps them to
drive consent collection.
- PRODUCT LEVEL COVERAGE
- Objective :- Weekly we publish the Key Product Coverage Dashboard which provides a comprehensive view of gap between product and channel coverage. BU, RBM, ABM can use it to identify improvements by region/subregion/territory.
- KPI DASHBOARDS
- We are downloading reports from Veeva for different KPI datapoints and provide the analysis at various hierarchy levels in POWER BI or Excel.
