We are responsible for maintaining the Daily Call Reporting System of the Field Force.

Generation of MIS related reports and Sales Reports
We generate various reports and send to the respective users which helps them and
the Company to analyze the progress.

Helping HR functions like settlement of claims by both existing and separated employees.

Data Administration
We are the administrators for the Company’s Global ERP software and are responsible for the availability of real time database. We ensure that duplication in data is reduced to bare minimum.

User Acceptance Tests
Performing User Acceptance Tests for various software enhancements and before introduction of new portals in both HR and Activity fields.

Online Reporting System
On behalf of the Company we liaise with various agencies servicing the Online reporting system and ensure that the end-users find free flow of data from system to handheld device and vice-versa.
